Pets are fostered in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio. We do out of state adoptions, but we no longer arrange transport. 

Celia is a very pretty purebred beagle. Celia is about 1 year old and weighs 21 lbs. She seems housebroke, will go potty while being walked on a leash. Celia gets along with other dogs, loves people and will do fine with cats. This is a really pretty beagle. If you like beagles you will love celia. adoption donation is 150.00 for Celia who is spayed, current on shots and will make a great family pet. Each pet has 35.00 off their first vet visit.  Celia has a home in Farmington , Ct
