Oscar is a sweet kitten, laid back & likes to cuddle & purr. Up to date on vaccines & combo tested neg. . It takes him minute to warm up but then he's your best friend. He seeks out people for attention and will follow you around the house. He is a great snuggler with a purr almost as loud as Pepper.
